Salmon pink, dry, full body, medium-high acidity, delicate tannins. Refreshing ripe fruits, peach, nectarine, strawberry, plus rose, soft white pepper and hints of menthol. Crisp fruity finish. Nello makes Rosé in affection for his mother, Rose Olivo, mother of 16. He is the oldest of Rose's 6 sons.

Pair with simple grilled foods such as seafood, chicken, vegetables. Also, salads, fruit and cheese plates, pasta with light cream sauce.
